2026 Regional Travel Health Guide

Updated March 2026

The Guide

Use this guide for professional clinical insights to help you navigate vaccine requirements and medication needs for your upcoming international trip.

Reminder: Most travel vaccines require a minimum of 2 weeks to become effective. Plan your protection early.

This chart provides a high-level look at CDC recommendations for major global regions.

Please note that one rare vaccine missing from the chart is TicoVac. It applies to Europe and parts of Asia and is to prevent tick borne encephalitis (TBE). This is especially important if your trip includes outdoor activities like hiking, camping, etc. See more from the CDC here

  • Seamless Pharmacy Logistics: I send your altitude and travel prescriptions directly to your preferred Washington pharmacy—Costco, Katterman’s, or your local neighborhood spot—immediately following our call.
